Refund policy
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If the item is damaged, if customers want, we can provide a 50% refund or full Store credit. We need a full unboxing video and images of the damaged product. It is completely dependent on the product
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

For Qikink Products:
Damaged, Defective, or Misprinted Products: You must request a return or replacement within 7 days of delivery. Provide an unboxing video and photos of the issue to support your claim. Contact care@qikink.com or info.zentoss@zohomail.in with your order details.
- Size Discrepancies or Without Defects: These returns/exchanges are handled at your expense by placing a new order.
- Proof Required: For refunds or replacements due to manufacturing defects, proof is necessary.
- Courier Returns: Orders returned by the courier due to issues like undelivered status (RTO) or other reasons will be stored in the warehouse for 100 days. You can re-ship the order within this period.
- Unboxing Video Requirement: If you do not provide an unboxing video, Qikink will not be liable for refunds or replacements.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
For Roposo Products:
Shipping Policy: We offer free standard shipping on all orders. Orders are typically processed within 3-5 business days and delivered within 7-10 business days. You can track your order through the link provided in your confirmation email.
Privacy Policy: Your privacy is important to us. We collect personal information to process your orders and enhance your shopping experience. We do not sell or share your information with third parties without your consent.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalised items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund, too.
